Chill out, it's time for winter-themed tracks! Snow and ice levels, and themes for the cold! We're saving December for the last hurrah, so it falls to November for the wintertide.

Winter's first track is appropriate from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, the first appearance of a real snow area in the main games. And boy did they really hammer this in. Footprints you leave on the snow, rimed tall grass, hail that obscures your screen. Maybe not being able to ride your bike was annoying but at least you get one of the best route themes ever.

Starts off slow and mellow, like snow is simply settling in. A bit-lazy sounding, like you're stuck indoors and can't do the usualy things outside. But it picks up, to something upbeat when you realise now's the only time of year you can make snowmen and have snowball fights, better enjoy it while you can!
